Students are responsible for booking their road test through ICBC. 
 

Students may rent the school vehicle for the road test. There is a package that includes 45 minutes of warm-up drive prior to the test.
 

Students must bring 2 pieces of valid government ID (their driver's license counts as one) and sufficient payment when checking in for the road test.
 

Anyone who wishes to reserve the car for a standby road test will be charged the half the hourly rate plus the regular car rental fee.
 

Students must comply with any current or future health restrictions & protocols (ie. mask mandates) that may be issued by the Canadian government.
 

Driving school business license and instructor license is available for viewing upon request.
 

Richmond Driving School guarantees the quality and integrity of its driving instruction and coaching. Should a student be unsatisfied after the first initial lesson, we will refund the payment.
 

All information collected by the school is kept private. We do not give out your information to anyone but ICBC, and only if requested.
 

Richmond Driving School reserves the right to refuse service.

The lesson fee is by default $95 per hour. Each lesson is at minimum 1 hour in length, with at least 55 minutes of practical driving practice.
 

In-car driving lessons will only be within Richmond and in the driving school car. Any lessons or driving outside the city can be negotiated.
 

Students must always have their driver's license during every lesson.
 

Pick-up and drop-off within Richmond (except Hamilton area) is included. The student will be picked up and dropped off in the same location by default unless previously discussed.
 

Any pick-up and drop-off outside the city can be negotiated and will incur extra fees depending on distance & traffic.
 

Any ride-alongs (ie. parents, friends, children) will cost an additional $30 per person for a maximum of 2 people (4 people in total including the student and instructor).

Accepted payment methods currently include cash or e-transfer to jasmar.detorres@gmail.com. Payment must be made before or on the same day of the lesson.
 

A 24-hour cancellation notice for any lesson is required. Students are subject to pay half of the lesson fee for any cancellations under 24 hours. No-shows pay the full amount.
